How to prevent wrinkles

Facial baths.
Every morning we rinse our face with alternating warm and cold water, which stimulates blood circulation.

Sardines in oil.
It's a good idea to eat a can of sardines in oil once or twice a week (including skin and bones), sprinkled with chopped onion. One serving of this delicacy provides our body with valuable fatty acids, silicon and the building blocks of proteins, strengthening connective tissue.

Cheek massage.
From time to time, we fill our cheeks with air and gently massage them with both hands from the middle of the upper lip to the tips of the ears.. This massage effectively smoothes wrinkles, around the nose and above the upper lip, has a relaxing effect.

In the evening, jojoba oil.
Pat it into cleansed face skin 2 or 3 drops of pure jojoba oil, containing rejuvenating ingredients. Available at the pharmacy.

Oil compresses for the neck. They smooth the neck and décolleté. We spread it with a brush 70 ml of summer sesame oil with 2 spoons of honey, cover with a towel for approx 2 hours.
Gentle pressure with the fingertips.
Massage the creams with your fingertips, in semicircular movements from the inside to the outside of the face. Then apply light pressure to the skin at the outer corners of the eyes and around the mouth. This stimulates the skin tissue, fixes and strengthens the regenerating effect of each cream.

Light massage.
Effectively removes muscle spasms, which cause forehead wrinkles. We put our hands on the temples, inside, we make very gentle with the soft side of the hand, circular movements from top to bottom.

Humid air.
Air humidity in closed rooms is provided by special humidifiers. You can also fill a regular spray with mineral water and refresh dry facial skin 2 times a day.

Cook with iodized salt.

Sausage or peeling.
We do facial peeling once a week (using ready-made creams), we put a thick layer of a moisturizing mask or make a sausage. This deeply cleanses the pores and smoothes the skin.

Herbal tea.
During the day, instead of coffee, let's drink herbal teas. They are very healthy. The oils contained in them visibly improve the skin's blood supply. We recommend ready-made thyme teas, linden flower, mint and lemon balm, which can be purchased at pharmacies and grocery stores.

Fresh cucumber masks.
This is a great way to eliminate facial wrinkles on the forehead and moisturize the skin of the face (the skin's water content increases by 30%). Every week, we put slices of fresh cucumber or a ready-made mask on our face.
