There are books and brochures on the market, in which we can find ready-made patterns. Even if we write the letter incorrectly, we will not incur any consequences – the court will only return them to us for completion. For 25 PLN, in most large bookstores, we can buy a collection of sample pleadings, which can be reused many times – we recommend Andrzej Cubała's book "Patterns of pleadings and contracts”, ed. librata.
