In vitro fertilization

baby“I have 40 years and two children from the first marriage. Two years ago, I remarried. I would like to have another child, but, unfortunately, I'm not getting pregnant. Do I have a chance for IVF??”

Theoretically yes. However, the risk of failure is with women your age, and older, quite big. The ability to get pregnant decreases after 35 age. You can indeed (e.g.. thanks to hormonal treatment) lead to fertilization, but you have to reckon with difficulties in maintaining the pregnancy. The risk of harm to the fetus also increases.
