Cocktail sandwiches can be made on small bagels (such with wreaths) with different types of thick pastes (e.g.. from smoked fish, cheeses, jaj, pâtés mashed with mayonnaise, butter, ketchup, etc.), stacked with small piles or piped, just like creams for cakes. You have to prepare after 10 sandwiches per person.
