Make-up tricks

mascara-eyelashesGood makeup can do wonders! Today we want to tell you some professional secrets, which will help you avoid mistakes.

Underlay

When applied with a damp sponge, it will look natural. Spread with your fingers (that's what most makeup artists do) it will be much more durable and will remain matte on the skin for longer.
You always apply foundation in several places on your face and spread it over afterwards? This is a mistake. Darker spots may remain! It's best to pour a little foundation on the back of your hand (slightly warm, it will spread better), and then rub it evenly with your fingers from the forehead, towards the chin.
If you have enlarged pores on your skin, you should not rub the foundation too much (the defect will be even more visible!).
The best way is to gently tap it with your fingertips.
Don't apply the same foundation on your face and under the eyes – it looks unfavorable! Highlight the area around the eyes with a lighter foundation or concealer.
If you want to slightly darken the skin, do not apply a dark foundation! By far the best way is to use a self-tanner or darken the skin gently with sun powder.

Puder

Transparent only looks good on pale and reddish complexions. For yellowish complexions, beige and golden shades are best.
Compact powder (compressed primer for "wet" use – delicate effect – and "dry" – covering effect) can be used as an eye makeup base. The shadows will spread perfectly afterwards!
The color of the powder should be in harmony with the natural color of the skin, so that the color difference between the powdered face and neck and the rest of the body is invisible.
The color combination of foundation and powder is extremely important in make-up (both powdery, and in stone) – the powder should always be o 1-2 lighter tones).
The powder should not be applied directly under the eyes, it looks very unnatural!

Pink

Before applying the blush, first powder your face carefully. If applied directly to the base, it will spread unevenly (a large soft brush is best for applying blush).
The pink looks very natural, if you coat your face again after applying it.
The blush should harmonize with the lipstick. Warm tones with warm ones, cold with cold. A matte blush looks much better on a face that is too round. Pearly and iridescent emphasizes its shape unnecessarily.
If you have a fair complexion, you should only use pastel shades! Dark colors are reserved for brunettes and dark brown hair.
dark brown hair.

Cosmetic pencil

The color of the eyebrow pencil should be close to your natural hair color or o 1-2 tones darker.
The basic rule of perfect eye makeup: first draw a line on the eyelid, then spread the shadows as you like. A white line inside the lower eyelid optically enlarges the eyes and conceals redness.
Before correcting the browbone, first brush the hair up and down with a special brush. Then, correct the eyebrow drawing, e.g.. eye pencil, Finally, use the brush to brush the eyebrows in the direction of their growth.
With a little practice, you can draw a line on the inside of the upper eyelid. Thanks to this technique, the eye becomes expressive, and the lashes appear thicker.
After drawing a line on the eyelid, gently rub it with a brush or finger (the line will be slightly shaded).
A line drawn with an eye-liner or a special marker always requires greater precision and skill. Therefore, start your training in drawing lines with a pencil.

Eyeshadow

If you want to emphasize the shape of the eyebrows with the help of shadows, do it very gently, so that the base of the hairs is visible. A strong line ages and looks very unnatural.
The eye shadows can be applied with your fingers – slightly rubbed into the skin, they stick better. By applying shadows, always follow the rule: dark first, then bright colors!
Pearl shadows enhance wrinkles, are unfavorable with drooping eyelids.
Light shades optically "open" the eye, they add freshness and radiance to the look.
The shadows applied up to the eyebrow line look advantageous against drooping eyelids.

Lipstick

The color of the lip liner should always be in the same color range as the lipstick.
Too thick a layer of lipstick never looks good! After makeup, press your lips, applying a tissue, then gently paint your lips again.
Heavy powdery lipsticks do not look great on very dry lips. Better to apply lip gloss or a delicate transparent lipstick.
A recipe for permanent makeup: a little foundation first, then the perfectly outlined lip contour, finally lipstick.
If you want to correct the shape of your lips (e.g.. The "heart" of the upper lip), put a little clear corrector on them, then draw a "new" contour (correction with a white pencil looks unnatural).
The lipstick will last longer, if you apply it with a special brush (the best is a brush with hard bristles and slightly rounded edges), and then you dust your lips with loose powder through a tissue.
