What to do, to avoid sleepless nights and be refreshed and relaxed in the morning?

Often the causes of insomnia are various neuroses, stress, fatigue and indisposition of the digestive tract and respiratory system. In such situations, consultation with a doctor is necessary. We can help ourselves, keeping in mind certain rules:

✓ ventilate the room well in the evening, and it's even better to sleep with the window open wide,

✓ do not eat a large dinner right before bedtime,

✓ do not drink natural coffee in the afternoon, strong tea and alcohol,

✓ drink a glass of warm milk or herbs that have a calming effect, np. lemon balm infusion, St. John's wort or mint; it is also worth eating a teaspoon of honey,

✓ go for a walk after dinner,

✓ Avoid strenuous exercise at least one hour before bedtime,

✓ take care of a comfortable bed,

✓ grow green plants in the bedroom (better these, which do not bloom and smell intensely),

✓ before going to bed, take a warm bath with oils or herbs,

✓ think about pleasant things after going to bed, listen to romantic music, read your favorite book.

Waking up in the morning, let's remember, to get out of bed calmly. Best, still lying, to stretch lazily, stretching all muscles.
